Turning to the archetypal wisdom of our collective subconscious and recalling the fairytales preserved by our ancestors’ cultural heritage, we can become aware of the personal meanings that help us understand how these archetypes affect our subcharacters, \u00a0and thereby our feelings, thoughts and life experience.<\/p>\n

Working with myths, dreams and fairy tales is very effective in adult hypnotherapy. It helps to bypass the logical-critical mind and get access to supressed emotions.\u00a0 Once we become aware of our subconscious feelings, it is easier to achieve individual integrity.
